We are looking for LGPC’S, LCPC’S, LCSW, LCSW-C’s to provide one-on-one and group offerings to clients in the comfort of Ruscombe Community Health Center and virtually, providing evidence-based, cutting-edge therapy services that align with state and federal licensing standards and regulations.

Our role in the client’s healing journey is to be an open, compassionate, non-judgmental, and deeply listening guide to partnering with them to find their inner wisdom, inspiration, and personal strengths to move forward in life in the most healthy way. We serve those who may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, decreased attention/concentration, and symptoms of trauma through an active, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral and somatic lens.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Provide one-on-one or couples psychotherapy sessions to adults, adolescents, and couples based on your training and preference.

  • Provide group psychotherapy opportunities when available.

  • Maintain progress notes, treatment plans, consents, intake documents, and diagnostic material (when necessary), and appointments via Simple Practice our HIPPAA-compliant EHR.

  • Optional but encouraged Collaboration with colleagues:  Many heads are better than one:).

  • Maintain licensure requirements, CEU’s, and align with state and federal regulations through necessary documentation.

 What I will be Giving: 

  • Flexibility to make your own schedule with a minimum of 20 hours of client time for full-time therapists. 10 for part-time therapists.

  • Credentialing with insurances of your choice with a two-year commitment to practice.

  • Advertising and marketing.

  • HIPAA compliant Simple Practice software.

  • Full Billing Services, including direct deposit of all payments from insurance companies.

  • $300 Stipend for CEUs after a year of service.

  • Networking and connection with knowledgeable and experienced clinicians both locally and nationally.

  • Clinical and business training as a therapist.

  • Training and Supervision graduate interns and LGPCs, assisting with the acquisition of clients, providing office space, and all benefits of therapists, listed above.

  • Peer Supervision is offered on a monthly basis to discuss cases, licensure, training, and professional issues. 

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s in social work, psychology, and/or a related field from an accredited university

  • LCPC’s and LCSW’s 1-2 years clinical experience

  • Active License in Maryland to provide mental health services

  • Subject to a background check

  • Must be motivated, organized, and time management-oriented
